We’re making a shift at Costa’s Cuisine! With the return of the travel industry, we were too busy to keep up with the food truck life, BUT we still enjoy cooking…

As time allows (AKA when we’re not traveling the world), we will be hosting Chef’s Table experiences in our home.

We sold this experience in last year’s LCC auction and were so happy to host the highest bidders today!

Was so impressed with the new Hotel Luc in Berlin. The quality of the ingredients and food served at any meal was outstanding at this very new hotel in the heart of Berlin. Kudos to everyone for delivering an impressive experience overall.

The simplicity and quality of Ingredients and condiments are mostly the key, a beautiful Olive Oil I’ve brought from Portugal, good quality Sea Salt and fresh cracked Black Pepper, made these roasted veggies just delicious!!! Happy Saturday everyone.

Sous Vide, seared and braised. What a journey this beef arm roast had today!!! My moms mash potatoes recipe, fresh arugula from the garden with some of our sun dried tomatoes and crumbled manchego, blanched green beans. Feels good to be back at the farms kitchen.

One of the hardest things for us to do is predict the crowd. We now know that Oswego loves the 🇬🇧Fish & Chips 🇬🇧 and Street Tacos! We are sold out of Fish & Chips today, thank you for turning out for lunch! AND tomorrow we are prepping for a big crowd to eat the 🇲🇽 Street Tacos 🇲🇽 at the Oswegofest!!
