Had to capture this from weddingwire while I was doing business as Emerald Palms, but this is one of my favorite reviews of all time (though I love all of you that take the time to share your experience ❤️)

But it’s results like these that make it all worthwhile. It’s an honor, and when done properly, wedding DJing can be an impactful thing on a very special day for all of these wonderful people I get to meet.

A lot of events - especially those where photography is a main focus - call for a DJ that knows how to be heard but not really seen. While we live in a world where the online review remains supreme and in some way often lacks real credibility, or can be wildly subjective, I’d still take something this every day of the week and twice on Sunday. ❤️

People can look flashy and sound fun, but there’s something to be said for when you can sense that your DJ has a truly vested interest in doing what they can to make your day everything you want and more.

It is my belief that whether your DJ has worked 3 wedding or 3,000, the effort put into preparation should be exactly the same.

Sure, TNT could talk about the importance of uplighting or upselling clients on other additional services. Which is awesome, if that’s what my brides and grooms want.

However, my approach hasn’t changed since I first started DJing events when I was 16. Every event I do, whether it’s a lavish wedding at the Don CeSar or a simple birthday party at a private residence, I treat them both with the same level of urgency.
