What an incredible day! Incredibly busy but wow!

We made and boxed up 40 meals, (5 different recipes!), we catered a local event for 100 people, we had our 18,000 btu mini split installed in the dining/salad bar area which means the 10k BTU is going into our kitchen to help cut some of the heat in there. Our brand new deli case was fixed and it’s working beautifully and this afternoon we received our license from the NH Dept of Weights and Measures for our scale so we can finally OPEN OUR SALAD BAR!!!!

So come on in and cool down, make a salad to go or eat it here in our cool dining area.

We will be here bright and early tomorrow to start working on prepping everything. We HOPE to be able to be open by lunch but please check here - we will update when we are ready.

This coming week's menu!!
So sorry I'm late getting this week's menu out. We have been super busy this week getting the shop ready to open! Hoping to open our doors full time next week. The weather will determine that.
Speaking of weather, we are watching next week's heat wave very carefully. Should temps become extreme we will be closing the shop. I do not want anyone working in hot conditions like that. That being said, this week we are going to limit pick ups to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Yes, Sunday! We will have pick ups late Sunday afternoon if people are interested. Pick ups for Sunday will be limited so please get your orders in early if you would like a Sunday pick up.
To order simply message us with what meals you would like and let us know if you would like to pick up Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. (Monday and Tuesday pick ups are throughout the day.)
We tried to choose a few cooler meals for the hot days ahead! Stay out of that hot kitchen and let us cook for you!

Wow! We’ve sold a record number of a single meal in one week! The Steak and Cheese Stuffed Peppers are flying out the door. We still have availability for pick ups for tomorrow or Wednesday if you did not get your order in. Just message us to reserve yours before we run out. Soooo good!!

HUGE pieces of spaghetti squash casserole this week! We added in some extra spaghetti squash to really bump up the portions. Each of these is probably two meals. We only have a few orders left if you would like to claim one please message on here. Once they are gone, they’re gone. This is one of our nutrient dense macro meals. Just $12!

Getting ready to open and we have a couple of positions open. We are looking for another cook, main duty will be making food for our grab and go deli case.

We also need someone to help with retail sales, serving/packing grab and go meals, assisting with meal prepping, etc.

We’ve been testing out homemade sourdough pizzas for the last couple of weeks. Meat lovers, Margarita,Veggie.
The thick, chewy crust is sooo good.

But last night my daughter made what I think is the best tasting pizza I’ve ever had. Cowboy Candy with Bacon, drizzled with some of the cowboy candy syrup. To. Die. For!!! Absolutely incredible.

First of several charcuteries going out this weekend. Just finished this one for a customer for a very special occasion. They requested no meat with a focus on fruit and cheese. And of course we are featuring Bending Branch Farm’s amazing goat cheese!
