I got to make another cake for Luke this week, only this time the theme was dirt bike racing. I did an army themed one last year for him. His favorite flavors are coconut and lemon, so I made a coconut cake with a lemon curd filling and a white chocolate whipped ganache for the outside so I could use his favorite colors of orange and black. Thanks to his mom, Eryana Paquet, for coming back for this special young man's surprise birthday party today. I certainly hope that Luke was surprised at his party and that he loved this cake as much as he did last years'!
Time to relax with hot cocoa!
The magic of hot cocoa bombsβ¦I finally get to sit down & just relax! After making hundreds of hot cocoa bombs, in 7 different custom cocoa blends, & close to a 1,000 cookies & chocolates, Iβm sitting down with my favorite: salted caramel chocolate. Thanks a million to my pals, Becky & Rick Cope for giving me the perfect βBee Kindβ mug to use! (Yeah, Iβm a terrible videographer, but I was excited!)
Being nice to people is the EASIEST thing to do, so just be kind, if for no other reason than to let them wonder what youβre up to! πβ€οΈπβ€οΈ Happy Holidays, Everyone!!
