I was recently chatting with a good friend about the importance of reflecting on the early days of your relationship to strengthen your marriage - to think about the butterflies, the excitement, the sense of wonder & mystery that the other person was, & the hopeful potential of what is to come!⁠

Photographs help me to remember those feelings. I love looking through photos from the first months & years of my relationship with Jacob. I am sure I am not the only one who looks at those photos & thinks "Oh my! We look so young!" 🤭⁠

Ellen’s late father was honored throughout the wedding in beautiful ways 🤍

One of the sweetest details was that Ellen’s mother sewed a blue heart on the underskirt of Ellen’s wedding dress - the fabric was from one of her dad’s old dress shirts 🥹

Every detail of this wedding day was incredibly intentional - it was such an honor to document these sacred moments & details!

Elizabeth & Gregory’s wedding day was the kinda wedding I wish we could photograph every single weekend! ✨🫶🏻

The entire day was filled with SO MUCH JOY! The details of mass were intentional, glorious, & sacred. The nuptial mass celebrated their beautiful love story while being centered on their faith 🕊️

One of my favorite moments was that the moms of the bride & groom brought up the gifts for the Eucharist 🥲

Feeling like the luckiest girl in the whole wide world because I get to document beautiful love stories 🥲☘️

Everything about this nuptial mass was sacred, reverent, & absolutely stunning! Turn on the sound to hear the beauty of the sacred music, which was coordinated & conducted by Daniel’s sister, Sarah. The entire choir was made up of family & friends! This was one of the most gorgeous & reverent masses we have had the privilege of witnessing 🥲🕊️✨ As Stephanie walked down the aisle, the couple was filled with so much JOY & a sense of peace. The moment that they had prayed for so long was finally here!

One of the most beautiful wedding feasts I have attended was witnessing 10 women profess their final vows as Sisters of Life 🌹💍 The Sisters of Life are an order of religious women who vow to protect & enhance the sacredness of every human life. Their work is based in the truth that every life is valuable & sacred. I have had the joy of working closely with the Sisters in their ministry to support women throughout pregnancy & motherhood in Philadelphia. It was so special to be there as our friends professed their final vows to be brides to Christ 🕊️🥲
