Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and even the most organized couples may overlook a few key details. Here are the top three things you don’t want to forget on your big day:
1. Your marriage license – It’s essential to make your union official. As soon as you receive it decide where you'll keep it for safekeeping until wessnf weekend. Some churches allow you to bring this to the rehearsal and leave it with them so it's taken care of. We will give you reminders throughout the process and triple check at rehearsal, requesting it as soon as we arrive morning of if it's still in your possession and we'll ensure the handoff to your ofriciant.
2. An emergency kit – Be prepared for wardrobe malfunctions or other small surprises... Or even worse, the brides cycle making an unexpected appearance! Shout wipee, tide pens & tampons are never not needed (whether it's for you or someone in the wedding party)
3. Vendor tips and final payments – Ensure everyone who helped make your day special is compensated. Unpopular Opinion 🚨: There's a rumor out there that small business owners in the industry don't need to be tipped... Rule of thumb, if they are providing you with a service and you are grateful and satisfied with the experience... TIP them (bands, photographers, coordinators, videographer, Photobooth, dj, etc.)
Save this post as a reminder and tag someone who might need these tips!
