Located in University City, Philadelphia Catering Company was created by Alan DeCecco and Tim Kelly. As the hands on owners of the business they are involved in every phase of their catering services to ensure quality and reliability. As Drexel University graduates in the late 1980's, Alan and Tim cut their teeth in the restaurant business as the owners of the very popular Powelton Pizza, a favorite of students as it is located in close proximity to the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. In the early 1990's the demand for affordable, creative and reliable catering services became increasingly evident. In 1994 Alan and Tim made the business decision to sell the pizza business and focus solely on corporate catering services in the Philadelphia area - thus Philadelphia Catering was born! With a strong focus on quality and value - the goal of Philadelphia Catering Company is to provide creative solutions to meet the needs of their clients. If it is a luncheon for 10 or a gala event for 500, Philadelphia Catering Company will meet and exceed your expectations, while adhering to your budget.
