MVA is a virtual administration company catering to small businesses. The Lord gave me the vision for MVA to serve small businesses, specifically business owners of color. Per his instructions, "teach them and make your services affordable." As small business owners, we can focus on working the business and ignoring the foundational part of the business, the back-office responsibilities, bookkeeping/record keeping, finance A/R and A/P, customer services, and marketing.

Working in the financial industry for over 20+ years, I specialized in working with small businesses. Too often than not, our people struggled with maintaining account balances; thus, overdrawing the business accounts was the norm. Insufficient cash flow was the norm; in many instances, it was not purposeful; it is a mindset—a normal part of doing business. We think, "I'm getting my hustle on" by doing the work, but many fail to recognize the importance of securing the company's anchor and foundation, which is the lifeblood of any strong business. Investing in building your back office administration is not a waste of money but an essential part that contributes to sustainable business growth. When you don't know how much money is moving in and out of business daily/weekly/monthly, you set yourself up for failure—from a marketing perspective, knowing who and where your targetted markets are, what business partners to connect with, and how to create power partner relationships are areas for which I specialize in helping clients move/take their business to the next level.
