Dear IYKYKampers:

It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we must announce the CANCELATION of IYKYKampout Feat: Zen Selekta and Comisar please believe we did everything we could to try and host a safe fun event, but unfortunately the decision has been made for us.

When we were first planning this event, in January, we called the county to ask about the permit process. We were assured it was relatively simple, and told everything we would need. The venue has had numerous events throughout their history, with no issues or surprises.

Before submitting the permit application, I double checked with the county to make sure we had everything we needed. We submitted the permit before the deadline, and it went into review. Less than 2 weeks before the event, the county notified the venue that it needed to be inspected before the permit could be approved and proceeded to set the inspection for the morning of our event. Despite our best efforts, we were not able to get the inspection moved up any sooner. With all this, we decided it wasn't smart, or safe, to wait till the morning of the event to find out whether our event was going to be allowed to happen. While we believe the inspection won't be an issue, the county has been so unpredictable that we don't feel comfortable taking a chance on everyone coming out, if they decided to not issue the permit. So we've made the very carefully thought over, and hard decision, to CANCEL IYKYKampout. We thank you all for your support for what would have been our first real festival event, but unfortunately we were met with forces greater than ourselves (this time)

Refunds will be issued in the coming days, so please be on the lookout for them.

Pedal Bike Productions and Pirate Panda Productions are pleased to announce their first collaborative event: IYKYKampout Feat: Zen Selekta and Comisar! Join us on 4/19 and 4/20 at Gateway Ranch in Flagstaff Arizona, as we celebrate 2 nights of magic and music, Featuring Comisar and Zen Selekta! This 2 night campout aims to bring you on a journey through sound with the Pedal Bike HSD RumbleBee, accompanied by an immersive visual experience provided by the Pirate Panda team

We've brought together a heavy hitting roster of artists from both Arizona and California, to grace your ears with sounds of the past, present, and future. Featuring takeovers from Kyra Collective, Wav Collective, and Funky Forest Collective, the nights are ripe with talent and collaboration. We have also hand-selected all of our daily acts, to ensure a fluent progression of sonic exploration.

IYKYKampout will include morning sessions of Yoga and Breathwork, along with a Sound Healing session by Amuse Toi, to guide our celebration along a path of rejuvenation and prosperity. Our hope is that you don't leave our event feeling tired and defeated, but rather uplifted and inspired as we return to our daily lives.

It is with heavy hearts we must announce the postponement of For the Love of Sound.

Over the past weekend, our community experienced the tragic loss of a respected friend and peer within the industry, John Bunyard of Club Dezzi. John was taken from this world, at his own event. A place where he aimed to bring people together, in the name of Peace, Love, and Music. Because of this, the organizers and crews of For The Love Of Sound believe this is NOT the time to host our event, and are looking for new dates in the spring to host our gathering. We are also looking at ways to improve security and safety, and make sure we have our attendees best interests in mind.

Our hearts and prayers go out to John, his girlfriend Ashtyn (who was also injured during the incident) and their family and friends. Please allow them respect, and time to grieve. If you are interested in supporting the family, Club EndGame will be hosting a Celebration of Life fundraiser, this friday nov 17th.

Thank you all for understanding our position in this time of sadness
