On this #ThrowbackThursday we're happily reflecting back on our past and how we grew. The last two years of the decade were the best we've ever had so when the chance to expand came; we jumped on it. We were neck deep into the remodel when the pandemic started; there was no stopping it. Watch the video for a mini pictorial of the renovation.
Our first commercial kitchen was in a small office suite across from Deer Valley APO. It took 15 years to out-grow that space and in 2006 we moved to our current building. At that time we had half the building, now we have 3/4

This morning I watched my teenager make a bagel for breakfast. On one half they put cream cheese and then their favorite chocolate nut butter on the other half. I asked hesitantly if they were going to slap them together for a bagel sandwich. With a smile they said one is for breakfast and the other is for dessert. Of course, it makes perfect sense. #NationalBagelDay

Every family seems to have their own holiday traditions that include food. Some make gingerbread houses, others make tamales or lasagna every year without fail. We have a client who asks us to make them cannoli every year. What do you make?
If you call us by 2pm, we can meet YOU for breakfast in the morning. If you have about 15 hungry people, we can provide a complete HOT or COLD breakfast. A simple drop-off for most smaller groups is a quick job for us; we will be in and out before you know it. Full-service and chef action stations available for larger groups.
