•vulnerability by sharing yourself just as you are
•inclusivity by opening your heart to new friends❤️
Ditch the:
•jealousy by reflecting what they have that you want. Then cheer her on for doing it.
•pettiness by understanding your feelings more before you act. Journal, meditate or talk about it.
•gossip. It lowers your vibration. Replace it with positive news or shut up 🙃
•cattiness! honestly it’s so 2003 and I’m over it!
•judgement because you have no idea their life story. You can not align with something, and still not judge them for what they do.
