To say that I’m thankful is an understatement…

News Channel 12 selected to highlight my business in commemoration of Juneteenth.

It took a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get to the place I am today.

Yes, I have faced many challenges along the way in this journey called entrepreneurship.

The people who stood by me and encouraged me when I felt like giving up.

My husband John H. Talley III has been my biggest cheerleader.

I’d also like to shoutout Dr. Velma Trayham and the Black Chamber of Arizona for having me at the event.

And to the late, Robin S Reed, I’m thankful for everything that you taught me. He’d tell me “if you do the work and you show up, everything will work out.”

I will continue to do the work and inspire others to do the same.

This is just the beginning!!!

I’m thankful.

I have more things that I can count that I can truly say that I am thankful for.

During this season of Thanksgiving, I have been able to reflect on this.

I have come a long way personally and professionally as a business owner.

I am thankful for the good, the bad and the indifferent.

From the time I started my business until now, I can truly say that I have come full circle and am still learning.

I got a chance to visit Europe (London, Tirana and Paris) this month and to say I had a wonderful time, is an understatement.

When I first laid eyes on the Eiffel Tower, it was literally jaw-dropping and I was awestruck with astonishment.

In that moment, I could say I truly felt thankful for the opportunity to be in Paris, France.

I’m thankful for everything that I have and for what is yet to come.

Thank you to my husband that gave me the reminder of thankfulness this morning.

I thank God that He has blessed me to be your wife.

Looking forward to exploring more of the world with you!

You never know who you’re going to meet…

Let me explain.

Several months ago I met

Fast forward to today, I ran into him as I was heading out of the 10x conference.

The 10x rule is something that I had heard of before but timing is everything.

In short, the 10x rule is going 10 times harder in your business than you ever thought you could.

I learned so much today during the conference.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into but I knew that these are the types of entrepreneurs I need to surround myself with.

So I’m going to go 10x faster, 10x harder and 10x better than ever before.

I owe it to my family, friends and to myself.

I’ve built something that is worth going 10X.

Shoutout to and for putting in the work and showing entrepreneurs that we can succeed as well!

Here’s to the success that is “Nothing but the best!”

They say a picture is worth a thousand words…

There are more than a thousand words I could say about this picture, but I’ll be brief.

I had a three day event for a client for the Mullen Automotive Test Drive Tour.

Overall everything turned out well.

There was a tremendous amount of energy and effort that went into play behind the scenes.

Through it all, I managed to provide a great experience for my client, their staff and guests.

As a business owner, you have to be able to handle any obstacles that may come your way.

Being a problem solver is key.

More importantly, staying humble and knowing your limitations, strengths/weaknesses and learning from your mistakes is necessary.

The greatest lessons learned oftentimes come from failure.

A setback is nothing but a setup for success.

Remember, the outcome of the journey outweighs the path it took to get there.

Practice makes perfect, but imperfect practice leads to growth.

Date night never felt so good. Dream girls with my love and a few friends. Don’t be afraid to let your hair down and take advantage of a photo-opp. Outside of my chef coat 👩🏽‍🍳 I truly enjoy having fun and laughing out loud with the one person who gets me the best and can make me laugh at the drop of a dime.
