Introducing our newest menu item: the “Junkyard Fajita Crunchwrap.” It’s layered with our signature Junkyard meaty queso, shredded cheese, a tostada(lightly fried corn tortilla), fresh pico de gallo, chopped lettuce, more cheese, and a choice of fajita beef steak or chicken (both are seasoned and grilled with a touch of lime) all wrapped up in a big flour tortilla, stacked like a sandwich and toasted on the flat grill. It’s a whole meal you can hold in your hand. Stop by and grab one sometime!

It’s time for a give-away! I’m doing a little R&D tonight at home base for a possible new menu item. These are the ingredients. (The stuff in the stainless bowl is cubed chicken). You can figure out the rest of the ingredients I’m sure. The first person to correctly guess the item I’m trying to “replicate” wins a FREE MEAL on me at my food truck on your next visit. What do you think I’m gonna make?
1st hint: If you went to high school during any of the 90’s you most likely have eaten several of these.

Update: Leslie Anne Estes is the winner. I am making my version of a “Crunchwrap supreme” from the infamous Taco Bell. I’m just gonna use some real meat. Lol. Thanks for playing y’all! We’ll do another giveaway soon.

Introducing the newest sensation to find its way to your taste buds.

My Famous Smoked, Pulled Pork Tamales made Tex-Mex style are now available! The flavor profile is straight out of South/Central Texas, but folks from Arizona and Los Angeles have RAVED about the traditional style and unique flavor of my tamales. They are spiced just right and are oh so filling. Each tamale is hand-rolled, loaded with meat and 3-4 times the size of what you might typically find in your local grocery store. One dozen of my homemade tamales will feed a family of 4 with an added side. Even big guys like myself can't handle more than 3 tamales in one sitting. Trust me, any more than 3 and you will take the " food coma" to a new level called "food hibernation!" These tamales are so good, you can eat them by themselves, or try them covered in one of our signature sauces.
