What The Trivia?

Ren and I want to thank everyone who came out for Sports Theme trivia night this week at Pickled Pete's Bar & Grill. We tried to make the questions cover as many different areas in sports as possible.

Reasonable Doubts finished in third place and will get to pick the next theme. They are going to let us know what it is in the coming week. Once we get it we will determine a future date to host it, work on the questions, answers and songs.

We received some more category ideas this evening as well. Bruce Lee. Gilmore Girls. Grey's Anatomy. We will start to work on those in the coming weeks for questions, answers and songs. With being so far ahead into 2025 for trivia, we can work some of the questions into a few different weeks.

We will keep at least three songs at halftime so that gives anyone who wants to run over to Granny's Chip Chocolate Ice Cream & Candy Shop the time to do so. We had quite a few that did it this evening. The ice cream hit the spot this evening.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on November 14th for general knowledge trivia night.

On November 7th we will have our next theme night, Sports Trivia Night. Some categories for that night: Softball, Pickleball, Sports Quotes, Sports Movie Quotes, Trophies and other categories. Please don't let it scare you from not coming or playing trivia that night at Pickled Pete's Bar & Grill. Gift certificates for first, second and third place teams. We found out that live music will not be happening on Thursday nights right after trivia at Pickled Pete's Bar & Grill. What this will allow us to do on trivia nights is to add one more song to halftime for three total songs. That will allow extra time for anyone that would want to run over to Granny's Chip Chocolate Ice Cream & Candy Shop and purchase some ice cream. We have been trying to come up with a way for people to do this. We want to help out all local businesses in Frontenac any way we can. See you on November 7th for Sports Trivia Night!

If you frequent Raider Express, Granny's Chip Chocolate Ice Cream & Candy Shop or Pickled Pete's Bar & Grill you will hopefully see this poster hanging up. I dropped off some on Friday afternoon. We are trying to get more teams, individuals to play trivia on Thursday nights. We are also wanting to come up with a way/idea to get more business to Granny's on a Thursday night. The ice cream they serve is GREAT!
