I took one bite and I was sold!!!! THE FLUFFIEST CAKES YOU HAVE EVER HAD IN YOUR LIFE!!! It was like biting into a cloud of AMAZING flavor!! out did it!!! I will never eat cakes or brownies from anywhere else! Go support our local small business people!!!! Evan is quite delightful and so are the cakes!!!!

You guys have gotten the pleasure of seeing me on the other side of the table slinging food at ya! Now tonight you have the pleasure of Mr.Bridge City Brinery himself at Trace Brewing slinging you some fine Paninis your way! He was so happy to go into work for me today. Also, I’m the chef during the winter baby… so it’s “Yes chef” from now til end of February 😂 so be nice to him!! It’s his first day working for us! And he is all alone! But we have faith in him!!

I waited til after Christmas to post these because I wanted to be nice…. BUT PITTSBURGH!!!! This is a REAL Maryland crab cake!!! From the girl born and raised in B-more. My heart broke when I first moved up here and saw veggies in your “Maryland style” Crab cakes. Like who ruins crab cakes like that?!?!? And to call it Maryland Style. Broke my little Marylander heart. So my goal is to bring REAL Maryland crab cakes to Pittsburgh. Whenever you want a REAL Maryland crab cake hit me up baby!!! I got you ❤️🦀
