Anyone remember this national treasure? His REAL name is WILLIAM KOFALT. This is the upstanding member of society that stole our giraffe costume then taunted us for months about not returning it and how he was going to destroy it and that we could never catch him and we'd never get it back.
Well....he was eventually arrested... for exposing himself to a minor and impersonating a police officer and we DID get our costume back thanks to the diligence of the followers of our social media platforms.
Now HE wants to follow our page... tough break little W***y.
