This Friday we celebrate the Grand Opening of Walmart in Gibsonia, PA. Saturday we head to Carbondale, PA for Healthy Kids Day with the YMCA.

Over the years we have done a number of events at Market Square in Pittsburgh. Light Up Night and holiday events, marketing events. World Square and even pop up concerts with John Mellencamp, BE Taylor and many others. There were lunchtime concerts. We have been there with sports stars and celebrities and have seen it change over the years.

It use to be in shadow on National Record Mart (now gone) and at one point a Town Crier would shout the news of the day when the newspaper was on strike.

Market Square is once again undergoing a facelift and we thought we share a bit of history thanks to Brookline History.

Market Square has been at the center of Pittsburgh, literally, for over two hundred years. It has, throughout the centuries, been one of the city's main gathering places.

We Glow Together 2025

Join us May 10, 2025 for a first-of-its-kind community experience benefitting Family Services Incorporated. This Glow-in-the-Dark fundraiser to shine light on homelessness in Blair County is made possible through collaboration between UPMC Altoona Family Physicians, AmeriCorps, Blair Planning and WalkWorks.

For ONE NIGHT ONLY, experience the Altoona Curve Stadium under total blackout* while walkers adorned in neon and glow-in-the-dark light the way toward a brighter future without homelessness. This event features an exciting 1.5 mile glow-walk around the stadium and Lakemont Park’s very own WalkWorks route, as well as vendor tables, games, prizes, and giveaways.

Beginning in May, we will be a part of Lancaster City First Fridays bringing a popular arts and culture extravaganza each and every First Friday of the month. Innovative exhibitions, performances and surprises.

Unique boutiques and excellent restaurants complement the art galleries, artisan studios, museums, performing groups, professional theater, symphony orchestra, and art college that comprise Lancaster’s arts community.

Each First Friday from May to October Ewell Plaza becomes a lively marketplace for local artists!

May through October LOOP is providing free open air trolley rides, helping riders experience the First Friday arts scene.

On March 29 each year, our nation observes National Vietnam War Veterans Day.The sacrifices of service members of the U.S. armed forces who fought in the Vietnam War were many. There are 58,297 names on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall honoring those who died. However, there are 1,585 service members still considered missing in action. We honor and remember all who served.
