Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Jech! As one of the bridesmaids referenced in her speech-how remarkable it is that the nicest man and the nicest woman have married each other. These two have the biggest hearts for one another but are genuinely kind to everyone they meet!

They had their wedding ceremony at Bluff View Chapel which is a gorgeous venue in Elba! Then celebrated their reception at Copperfield. It was a great turn out with many compliments

• 169 gal stock tank for beverages. If you're using TJs Tavern for your event they'll furnish the ice to keep it cold
• a serving tray to help carry multiple plates taking in consideration for the aging who can't easily make it through a food line or the families with small kids who don't have enough hands

Congratulations to the newlyweds!

They made this place look absolutely stunning! I am grateful to have them as friends and provide us the opportunity to host them. I think, much to their suprise, more people showed up to their big day than anticipated just to have the opportunity to see Copperfield. We've received very high regard and admiration, but also we intentionally sought out input on opportunities to improve and plan to implement that feedback. As much as I'd like to be perfect, I learn best by experience and reflection on how I can become even better.

Can't wait for all the other future brides and grooms to entertain at Copperfield Terrace for their big day! Cheers!

Copperfield Terrace continues to be a family experience allowing us to teach our kids many life lessons. My oldest had the opportunity to learn how to drive Jason's stick shift dump truck today. He's not as advanced as other farm kids but he was all grin and smiles

We did it! Yesterday the building inspector signed off on our project.

For those that don't know, let me briefly share our journey about Copperfield Terrace:

Jason and I are both operate our own businesses. He does construction and I am an RN in the healthcare field taking care of aging seniors out of my home. I like to help others and by doing so is a 24/7 committment. I don't have time for many hobbies; however my favorite thing is to design and make a space look aesthetic. When you combine my desire of designing along with Jasons gift of carpentry that leads to endless projects we've done and future possibilities.

Many people in the community don't personally know me but know of me. And for those that do know me recognize my character of being driven. Driven to set goals and conquer. Creating Copperfield Terrace all started as a random conversation in a hot tub one night. I recognized it as a need in the community. Therefore, my curiousity struck me and I pursued (a lot) of research. Weeks, Months and a whole year went by approaching friends, family, township, county, resources, subcontractors, engineers and even exploring software programs/ creating a website to bring this project to fruition ground up to operational. It has certainly been a journey. Jason nor I have EVER generaled a commercial project before, but we NAILED IT! We have learned a lot, tested patience, and we're still married! Ha!! In a few days we will be showcasing all our hard work on Sun June 9th to the public.

Here's some life lessons I value:
• set goals & never give up to achieve them
• take risks no matter how uncomfortable it feels. I can't explain all the emotions I've felt with this project ( fear, frustration, excitement) but in the end it makes you have appreciation and helps keep a person well rounded

Sigh of relief. All furniture for inside and out has been delivered. A lot of unboxing and nearly done with assembling items that need to be. Everything is turning out so pretty 😍

Some little people are thrilled for the mud this rainy spring has brought! We have been resilient to the weather working in the WIND, the rain showers, but prefer taking advantage of a dry day to work on the outside. Starting to form up sidewalks.

Inside is 97% DONE!! Take a look! Copperfield Terrace will be hosting a Wedding & Event Expo as our soft opening on Sun June 9th 11a-3p.

Copperfield still has some prime dates available for 2024. This venue has a versatile floor plan for an assortment of gatherings: weddings, graduations, celebration of life, business after hours, conventions, and the list goes on.

Also accepting bookings for 2025! Space will fill up quickly now that people can see the space!
