Tonight I got to enjoy some one on one time with who I am lucky enough to call my friend. I truly enjoyed our time, conversation and her advice. If you haven’t read her book yet, Making Waves, I suggest you get a copy now! It’s a must read. is a strong and powerful women but at the same time has a BIG heart of gold. Today on my 50th bday I get to spend it with some amazing and inspiring people for HCA Healthcare Kendall Hospital Trauma Survivors Day! My company has the honor to be the event producers of this event for the third year in a row. Turning 50 I had a lot of emotions but after listening to these stories my attitude changed. Our next event of the weekend was the United Way of Broward County County Mayors Gala! Illuminating Possibilities was the theme and there were beautiful butterflies everywhere. Thank you to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hollywood, FL, FL Susan Renneisen and Kandi Osman for working with me to help transform the room into an upscale garden of butterflies.The room was breathtaking. Customize butterfly step n repeats, butterfly ice luge with flowing champagne, VIP reception that was over the top, entrance that made you feel like you were walking on the red carpet, entertainment that made your head spin with an arliest acts by Les Farfadais. Kathleen Cannon you lit up the room on that stage. Your beautiful sparkle dress shined just like you did. Congrats to you and your whole team for an amazing job well done. There were so many people there from our community helping to make a difference and raise funds for the many organizations that United Way helps. Thank you to the co chairs Cathy Donnelly and John Wensveen and the whole committee for all of your hard work. It was another busy weekend of events for our team but all for good causes! First up was the Ann Storck Center Celebrity Chefs event at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hollywood, FL. The room was filled with so much love and all hearts in that room. From the kids performance from the preschool, to the amazing cuisine from our local celebrity chefs, our MC’s Julie Guy and Comedian Aaron Shapiro it was a beautiful evening. Thank you to Susan Renneisen and Kandi Osman for all you did to help make this event an extraordinary evening. Congrats to the honorees, Roz Gordon Perlmutter and Anthony Billisi and family for doing all you do for the center of over the years. Thank you Joseph Gormley for your beautiful art that you made come to life at the event, where everyone got to be a part of your design. This organization was dear to my families hearts as I was growing up and I’m so happy to be able to be a part of something that was so special to my family. My company had a chance to produce another amazing, epic, fabulous, outrageous private concert for my client! The line up of performers was over the top. Julie Guy as our opening MC JackWagnerofficial as our Host MC Taylor Dayne KellyClarkson Lionel Richie fanpage (0fficial). But it takes a village to make this happen and I’m so grateful for mine. A week of load in, the concert and load out. Ivan Rodriguez my partner in crime, my event everything, I am so grateful to have you by my side to help make these events a success. Love you. Thank you for working with us to design an over the top show. Thank you Edwin John Guerra and Monika Guerra for all your help and hard work. Thank you to my wonderful husband David Lovitt for being right there by my side all afternoon and night to ensure things ran smoothly, but I know you enjoyed it as you got to take Kelly in your car to the stage. lol Most of all thank you to my clients Heidi Perlman Humphries and Danielle for entrusting and giving my team and I the opportunity to produce all of your spectacular concert productions. You are not just clients but family. Two women with a heart of gold. I love both of you ladies.
