My name is Misty Beasley and I'm excited to have worked with the same supplier for my flowers for 20+ years. I work with you to design a story board for your event and tailor it just the way you envisioned it. I do need at least four weeks advance notice to order product. Estimates are complimentary and typically take a week depending on the size of the event.

What an awesome review for the Palencia Club!

We had our beautiful wedding at the Palencia Club, May 2024. After looking at what we believe was almost every possible venue in and around Jacksonville, we stumbled upon the Club and we were initially impressed with the beautiful outdoor space that overlooked the entire golf course. We had originally wanted a beach-style wedding, but could not find affordable options in the area and felt that the Palencia Club still offered a beautiful and almost-beach style vibe as it overlooks a massive lake, complete with lots of beautiful flower gardens, palm trees and fountains. The upstairs room that we used for our dinner was welcoming and unstuffy as it has lots of windows allowing for sweeping views of the entire golf course, sunsets and also has connected outdoor decks that overlook the outdoor space where our ceremony took place. It did not feel like a traditional ballroom which was also important to us. The Palencia Club is really is a one-stop shop venue which helped take a lot of leg work out of the planning process for us. They have all tables and chairs onsite, an Arch for your ceremony if you want to rent it and linens which you can also upgrade if you feel necessary. Misty Beasley was our day-of coordinator and offered a lot of great recommendations to us throughout the planning process. We highly recommend hiring her to manage everything behind the scenes because she knows the facility front to back – she can even build you beautiful bouquets and decorate for you – also recommend!!! Misty did an excellent job coordinating all day-of logistics on our big day. We found her to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional, direct and extremely organized. Any special requests we had, she found a way to make them happen and helped ensure that any outside vendors we used were organized and on the same page for the big day! Compared to most venues where food is prepared onsite, the food at the Palencia Club is AMAZING. We chose to serve our guests buffet style so that people could eat as much as they wanted to and offered salmon, skirt steak and pasta primavera as our main dishes. The salmon was our personal favorite, but all options were very well prepared and stayed hot and fresh for guests for the entire dinner service. We received a lot of great feedback on the food. Chef and Misty were willing to customize the menu however we wanted and they offer a variety of packages to suit any budget. We cannot say enough great things about the Palencia Club and Misty Beasley! Our day was beyond perfect, we wish we could do it all over again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding venue in St. Augustine or near Jacksonville
