Making chocolate chip cookies for The Port JeffersIce Fest this weekend.

Decadent Brie topped with my chopped toasted cinnamon sweet pecans and raspberry Melba Sauce.
Pre-heat oven to 350*. Place Brie on an oven safe dish.
Score top of Brie through the casing but not through the cheese. Make perpendicular cuts.
Schmear Melba Sauce on top and spread a bit more around the bottom edge. Sprinkle chopped toasted pecans. Bake for 14 minutes. Depending on the size of the Brie, the baking time can vary 2-3 minutes.
Select your favorite cracker and enjoy.
I would have posted a photo of the Brie as it came out of the oven but we dug in so fast I forgot😁 Photo shown is the prepared Brie before baking.
