Hi all! So excited for the Portland Winter Light Festival Hula Hoop Flash Mob & Glow Jam next weekend! For those interested, here is a writeup of the choreography to help with your practice. There is an optional practice/rehearsal at Superhero Fitness open jam tomorrow, Sunday 1/28 from 12-1. Entry to open jam is suggested donation of $5-15 and I will be there to teach and answer questions!
