We’re Baaaaaaack!

Happy October, witches and warlocks! Since it’s been a while since we’ve posted, we thought we’d introduce ourselves to our new followers! We are the PDXSanderson Sisters: a cosplay and entertainment group located in Portland, Oregon.
We started as friends getting together to do dream Halloween costumes in 2017, and we had so much fun we decided to start going to conventions. We worked super hard (100’s of hours hand embroidering and painting) to make all our costumes as movie accurate as possible so we were so happy that they were getting so much love. After doing a few shoots with friends, competing in the Wizard World Costume contest, and being generally obsessed with Hocus Pocus, we were really starting to get some attention! We met more wonderful photographers along the way, and ended up going viral for one of our favorite shoots ever, which threw us into high gear! In September 2018, we were invited to LA to participate in the 25th Anniversary Hocus Pocus Halloween Bash (Available on Disney+), where we were directed by the incomparable Kenny Ortega, and met many of the stars from the movie. We won second runner up and were so happy to have participated in such a whirlwind production. When we returned, the calls were lining up for family photo shoots, birthday parties, weddings, and other appearances. We even created our own line of merch! We were professional witches now.
In 2019 we partnered with Human Studios in Portland Oregon and recorded our own arrangement of Come Little Children, which is still streaming on all music platforms! To go along with this dark and spooky song, we then teamed up with Hot Karl Productions to create our own music video, which was a dream come true. You can find it on our Youtube Channel, and we are so proud of it! We’ve been so fortunate to have had so many amazing experiences together as these silly witches!
