We are so excited to announce we'll be hosting cooking classes at our new shop in Rye, NH.

Come join us for three different outings - each two hours long and $80/person:

Wednesday, January 29th - Learn how to cook a meal that your Nonna would be proud of.

Saturday, February 8th - Bring your fave playmates to this romance inspired, hands on cooking class.

Sunday, February 16th - Learn the basics of cooking, from proper knife technique, to how to utilize an entire chicken for food prep.

We had so much fun teaching our Cocktail 101 class yesterday!! I hope you all had as much fun as we did ❤️ we made our signature hibiscus cosmo and two variations of the espresso martini. We learned shaking techniques and the importance of a good garnish. It was such a blast!

The holidays are upon us, here is my gift to you: The recipe to my White Christmas Margarita.

Please serve in your fanciest glass.
🌲❄ 🎄⛄❄
2 oz. of your favorite tequila (I've been sipping on Cape Horn Tequila lately - you can find it at any of NH state liquor stores.)
Top with ice and margarita mix (recipe below).
Splash of pineapple to bring it all together.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig (don't forget to slap it HARD 👏 to release those oils!) and a few whole cranberries.

Recipe for marg mix -
1 can cream of coconut
1 33 oz. carton of Vita Coco coconut water
1 c. lime juice
1/2 c. sugar
Combine all ingredients in a small pot and cook slowly until sugar dissolves. Cool down and store for up to 4 days.
