Artifact Rentals is a boutique event rental company based in Post Falls, Idaho and is happy to serve clients throughout the Inland Northwest. We have curated a unique collection of vintage items such as furniture, tabletop decor, and gl
assware; and balance that vintage collection with a number of handcrafted items including backdrops, arbors, and signage. We have a soft-spot for bohemian and mid-century modern decor, but we also can’t pass up the classic elegance of an antique tufted velvet chair. Whether you're looking for candlesticks, vintage goblets, or an entire lounge area for your event, we would love to work with you to bring your vision to life. Artifact's rental collection is constantly growing and is available for special events - weddings, bridal and baby showers, holiday parties, etc. Our unique items are also perfect for adding interest to photo shoots or portrait sessions. Our desire is to make vintage, unique, and handcrafted treasures accessible to everyone in the Inland Northwest through the rental process.

We're looking for quality delivery crew members! These are part-time, hourly positions including mostly mornings and late evenings on weekends. Additional hours often available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays if desired (mostly in the warehouse processing will-call orders, cleaning, and organizing inventory.)

Job Duties include:
-Picking up and returning rental trucks from local provider as needed
-Loading rentals into box truck or trailer in an efficient and effective manner to maximize load capacity and also ensure safety of items
-Driving box truck or vehicle with trailer to event venue(s) and unloading items onsite within designated timeframe. May require assembling of certain items onsite (arbors, backdrops, bars), and placement of lounge furniture in location specified by client.
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-Must be comfortable operating a mid-size box truck and/or pulling a trailer
-Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
-Ability to bend, twist, and lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly
-Willingness to work late nights when orders must be retrieved up at end of event
-Positive attitude, energy, and customer service focused
-Dependable and punctual

It's official - we are *almost* settled in our new warehouse space and looking forward to taking inventory viewing appointments again soon! Unpacking and organizing a new space in the middle of the hectic wedding season was not the best idea, looking back...

Our modern white arbor is one of my absolute favorites. It provides a perfect contrast in an industrial/downtown setting with brick walls and garage doors, but it looks just as perfect in a wheat field or grassy backyard. Pictured here in the gorgeous venue.

It's March 1st and today is National Wedding Planner Day, and I just want to take a minute to thank all of our planner friends for partnering with us to make our clients' events amazing. ⠀

Like so many other vendors, I think one of the best things that came out of 2020 was the increase in elopements and micro-weddings. The relaxed vibe of elopements is so refreshing. ⠀

We worked closely with Nicole and Trevor's photographer, the amazing , who had scouted this location; set up alongside the florist, , and then went for a hike overlooking the lake while the couple said their vows.

So far in 2021, I've been intentionally carving out time for things that FUEL me. I think maybe that's my unofficial word for the year. ⠀

Fueling myself has looked like anything from reading more for fun (novels and memoirs rather than business and self-improvement - can you relate?!), cleaning up my diet, getting back to being more active, and just choosing to get out and ski even when there's laundry to be done - Ha! The fresh mountain air does wonders for the soul. Our home life has been chaotic to say the least with all we have going on right now, and I feel genuinely proud of myself with how I've managed to keep it together and maintain my sanity. ⠀

It's a great day to turn 39! Last year of my 30s. 😳 Looking forward to a fun lunchtime ice skating date with my birthday buddy, who is turning 11 today! It's the first day that both of our boys are back to in-person school, so Adelle and I can sneak away to spend some quality time together. 🙌🏼
