This Saturday find us at the Poulsbo Wedding Expo from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm with Barbacoa parked in front of Sons of Norway. Chef Dan will be throwing down smoked meats and fine tacos for purchase. Chat with him all about your ideas for a wedding menu. The Pacific Northwest has the best ingredients! :))
