PSA!!! Due to circumstances out of our control, Balloons & More will not be able to accept your UPS packages until further notice.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FEDEX!!

There was a lot of difficulty transitioning this account after purchasing our business. During the transition of the UPS account, there was a missed payment before our automatic payments kicked in causing our account to be suspended and our UPS pick up to be a day late. In this mishap we had an overnight package that wasn't delivered in time and the contents of the package had perished upon arrival. I am currently working with the customer to resolve this issue. With little to no warning the previous owner terminated my businesses UPS account, and I am now required to create a new account.

I have done everything in my power to be respectful and hold my tongue through more than one hiccup in this purchase process. It is a small community and I've been here most all of my life. If you were in a position to pick sides during this purchase, they were made very early on in the process. Where I am thankful for the structure my now business had (our biggest reason for purchasing). We have continuously been met with resistance. I am beyond frustrated but have been cautioned to be ready for this. Please be patient with me as we get through this next hurdle in becoming business owners. I ask for your respect in my transparency of the situation. And your grace while I am still taking on and learning the balance of a business, two little assistants, maintaining a home life with my husband, and trying my best not to forget anything in between.

We’ve got a big weekend coming up! We’re headed to Colorado for my brother’s wedding and to enjoy time with family adding a sister to the family! With that being said, the store will be open. But closing at 5 for the rest of the week, and closed on Saturday. Meagan will have some help and will take good care of you guys!

Hey guys, this is Mackenzie! I just wanted to take a moment and fill you in on what is going on around here.

YES we are still accepting packages for UPS and FED EX drop offs.
YES we are still doing laser engravings. (I am learning this process as quickly as possible).
YES we have removed 99% of the party supplies. But we do have solid colors on hand.
YES we still have LOTS and LOTS of balloons!
YES we are still OPEN

This has been a huge transition for all parties involved. But we are doing our best to be accommodating. With that being said, please direct any questions, comments or concerns to myself.
