Today, I had the pleasure of catering the celebration of the life of someone who loved to share appetizers amongst friends and family. They ordered an array of hors d' oveuvres to appreciate their refined pallet. I learned that they were loved by many and enjoyed a glimpse of the stories everyone had to share 🥰 The menu: Appetizers~ Beef crostinis with horseradish aioli, roast beef, red wine caramelized onions, bleu cheese, & rosemary Chicken crostini with savory peach compote, whipped goat cheese, blackened roasted chicken, arugula sprouts, & Honey dijon drizzle Shrimp Cocktail Veggie platter with raw and roasted veggies and carmelized onion dip and tzatziki sauce Butter Pecan Chicken Bites with honey mustard Mini crab cakes with a dill creme fresh Spanikopita with tzatziki Zucchini Fritters with a roasted garlic and lemon cream sauce Dessert~ Dark Chocolate tart with a cinnamon blueberry compote and whipped cream Lemon curd with Graham cracker, whipped cream and fresh blueberries Cookie Bar with chocolate chip cookies, white chocolate macadamia nut, & sugar cookie Fresh fruit platters with and orange marmalade cream sauce
