We raise our own hogs, which are processed by a State inspected facility. We are a licensed, inspected, and insured LLC business. The cooking process starts at our farm and continues until we arrive at your location. We baste the meat with our own mild BBQ sauce while cooking. We also provide additional BBQ sauce on the condiment table. We will arrive approximately one hour before serving. This gi

ves us time to get our equipment in place and allows people to view the remainder of the roasting process. At serving time, we will be set up in the buffet line where the meat will be carved and served to your guests as they proceed through the line. We will be responsible for the clean-up involving our part of the meal. We request a nonrefundable $200.00 down payment for your specified date and time.
