It was a pleasure to cater the Land Stewardship Project’s conference in Albert Lea, MN, and provide a nourishing meal for farmers from across the state. Our menu featured Three Sisters Succotash with homemade sage seasoning, Hominy Cakes, Wild Rice Pilaf, Bison & Wild Rice Meatballs, Roasted Vegetables, Frybread, and more. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share our passion for clean, Indigenous-inspired cuisine and look forward to serving you again!
