🌟Staff Spotlight Series: Meet Charlotte, The Heart of Char’s at Bavarian Manor 🌟
We're thrilled to kick off our new "Behind the Scenes" series, giving you an intimate look into the incredible team that makes Char's a true family operation! We're starting with none other than our owner, Charlotte.
With 18 years of dedicated service in school kitchens and a wealth of hospitality experience, Charlotte has transformed her lifelong dream into a vibrant reality at Bavarian Manor. Rising through the ranks from kitchen staff to manager, she developed a deep understanding of food preparation, customer service, and the art of creating memorable dining experiences.
Her journey wasn't just about cooking, but about connecting. Years of waitressing and managing a local campground taught her the true essence of hospitality - building relationships, understanding people's needs, and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
"Opening my own restaurant has been a dream of mine," Charlotte shares. "I’m very happy to have my family and friends involved with the restaurant."
Charlottes favorite dish is the Linguini and Creamy Clam Sauce!
