🎄 - December 7th in Downtown Quanah!** 🎄

It’s going to be a fun-filled day in Quanah, so mark your calendars! Here's the lineup for December 7th:

✨ **Grinch Gallop 5K**
Start the day with the Hardeman County Memorial Hospital Grinch Gallop. Sign up for the 5K on the HCMH page!

🎅 **Breakfast with the Grinch**
Head over to ESA’s Breakfast with the Grinch in The Ballroom on Main Street. Breakfast starts at 10:00 AM, followed by story time at 10:15 AM.
- **Cost**: $5 per child (includes breakfast and a craft)
- **Photo Opportunity**: Bring your camera for a picture with the Grinch!

🎁 **Christmas Bazaar**
Shop for unique holiday gifts at the Christmas Bazaar starting at 2:00 PM. Many of your favorite vendors will be there!

🤶 **Santa Visits**
Santa will be downtown from 2:00-3:30 PM for visits and photos.

🍴 **BBQ Dinner**
From 5:00 PM until the parade starts, enjoy a BBQ dinner cooked by Quanah FFA and delicious desserts by Hardeman 4-H. A great way to support two amazing youth groups!

🎉 **Annual Lighted Christmas Parade**
The parade begins at 6:00 PM with this year’s theme: *Christmas*! The parade will start on Main Street, head down West 8th toward downtown, and turn back on Mercer Street at the Museum.
- **Parade Categories**: Commercial Floats, Non-commercial Floats, Tractors, Trucks & Cars, ATVs/Golf Carts, Horse Drawn, and Riding Clubs.
- **Prizes**: Cash prizes for 1st place in all categories (except commercial). The Commercial Category will win a large trophy and bragging rights for the year.

Just a few miles down from the corner of Highway 287 and Highway 6, heading south...we invite you to explore Texas Parks and Wildlife - Copper Breaks State Park, one of the many gems across the state.

It offers beautiful landscapes that open into canyons. The Rangers offer visitors opportunities to Feed the Longhorns, 🌟attend Star Walks at night, guided hikes, and more.

You can bring your family and enjoy tent camping or plug in to one of many RV Sites. And who doesn't enjoy spotting these two Texas species!!! You'll see lots of those...
