As we close down our final business matters. We love if someone got with building owner and took this beautiful 5,600 sq ft unit of space on. Quincy needs motivated minds to continue dreams on! Check it out!
There were several updates made by McDermott Enterprises and Mavericks Messmer Mgmt LLC over course of past few years. Some Other updates include a $1500 Quincy historical mural with original Quincy photos collage that shows the history of downtown district, fire safety lights, fire safety equipment as well and remodel to cleaner wall brick accent wall, another 3rd bathroom was added, a sliding door was added to break apart back area from front, $10,000 worth of plumbing from 4 kitchenette sinks in both mid and back kitchen areas, and a bar pvc clean tube for any bar/fountain soda lines, new lines running from basement up, also line for ice maker, and brand new more electrical sockets throughout providing better power, and light switches to control main and smaller areas which were $500-600 upgrade.
