We are excited to announce that we will be hosting "The Second Saturday in The Cliff." There will be food trucks, vendors, a hula hoop contest (with monetary prize) a television giveaway, a craft contest, kids zone and much more.

**Hula Hoop Contest Rules and Regulations**

1. **Age Groups**:
- Group 1: Ages 5-12
- Group 2: Ages 13 and up

2. **Contest Format**:
- Participants will compete in their respective age groups.
- Each contestant will have a designated starting area.

3. **Judging Criteria**:
- The contest will be judged based on the duration the participant can keep the hula hoop spinning.
- Additional points may be awarded for creativity and style.

4. **Disqualification**:
- Participants will be disqualified if they step outside the designated area during their turn.
- Dropping the hula hoop results in elimination for that round.

5. **Prize for Winners**:
- Winners from each age group will receive a prize.

6. **Safety and Conduct**:
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the event organizers.
- Any form of misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to disqualification.

7. **Registration**:
- Participants must register before the contest starts. Registration details will be provided at the event.

8. **Decisions**:
- All decisions made by the judges are final.

Currently, we have no vendor spots available. The only entity authorized to accept vendor payments for this event is Karnival Kousins, the hosts of the event. We look forward to seeing you this Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Applications are reviewed upon receipt. The criteria for acceptance include, but are not limited to, originality and creativity, space availability, product mix history with Town events, and the best interests of the overall event. Food Vendor applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria: menu, visual appeal, setup requirements, and references. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
