This weekend marks my 4th year as one of the resident DJs at The Park Dance Club. What an amazing 4 years it has been for me. Not only as a DJ but as a person. I moved to VA at 18 & sadly didn't know The Park existed until I was in my 20s. It's been such a positive life changing experience being a part of the family and community. I have DJ Bobby Hash to thank for the connection and opportunity.

Thank you for existing. Thank you for always giving me feedback on my sets throughout the years. Thank you for giving DJs like myself a place to really take our skills and knowledge to the next level. Thank you for always pushing me to want to be better.

And of course, after years of dropping hints and ideas, thank you for finally allowing my company and team to host EDM events on Thursday nights. (More on this in a separate post)

Not every crowd is the same. It's been a journey adapting to different age groups on the dance floor and it continues to challenge me on the decks which can make for fun sets. So thank you to the patreons of The Park for allowing me to play music I truly love to mix. I've met some AMAZING people and made even more amazing memories in these past 4 years. It's truly been an honor. Here's to hopefully many more years to come.
