Just want to share my passion for cooking. I bought myself a lamb to practice some concepts I’ve been seeing on master chef. I turned my blackberry syrup into a savory sauce with balsamic, Dijon, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and salt. It was banging. I got the lamb all ready to go. Followed a recipe I think for a bigger lamb…
It came out well done instead of medium rare..
I kid you not guys, I had a cry 😭
So when I say I put my passion into your pies, know that I put as much care as I do for every batch

Lamb mince, packet gravy mix, veggies with powdered mash potatoes in a pre made pie crust….
Is what I would say if we had no self respect and love for food 🤪. So let’s try again…
Lamb mince with a wine infused gravy and mixed vegetables, topped with a garlic, thyme, rosemary infused mashed potatoes all in a homemade flaky pie crust
