When organizing events in hot weather, it's important to prioritize the comfort and safety of your guests. and vendors! Here are two important tips to keep in mind:

1. Hydration and Cooling Stations: It's crucial to ensure that attendees stay hydrated. Place plenty of water stations throughout the venue and consider offering electrolyte-rich beverages to help guests maintain their energy levels. Also, set up cooling stations where people can take a break from the heat. These can include shaded areas with fans, misters, or even air-conditioned tents. Providing cold towels or misting fans can also help guests cool down and feel more comfortable.

2. Timing and Shade: To minimize the impact of the heat, schedule events during cooler parts of the day, such as early morning or late afternoon. If your event spans several hours, plan the most physically demanding activities for the cooler periods. Ensure that there is ample shade available, whether from natural sources like trees or man-made structures like tents and umbrellas. Using UV-blocking canopies can further protect attendees from the sun's harsh rays, reducing the risk of sunburn and heat exhaustion.

The Sanders just celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary 👫🏾🍾🥂💒 This is one I will not forget! We had less than 1 week to plan and execute this intimate ceremony in the middle of a pandemic!!😳 😷Thank God🙌🏾 it exceeded their expectations.

This is also a memorable day since this was my first wedding and to top it off, she's my bestie!!!
