Hey there! My name is McKane, the founder of Air Budz, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share the heartwarming story behind our amazing inflatables company, right here in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Let me tell you a bit about myself! I'm 24 years old, and early in February 2023, I made the exciting move to Raleigh. I come from a close-knit family of four brothers, and we were all born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. My decision to play college football away from home sparked a path of adventure, eventually leading me to make the move away from my hometown. My brothers are all amazing parents, and their kids have bestowed upon me the awesome title of Uncle Kane. They are my inspiration and the driving force behind starting this business.
The name "Air Budz" came to life thanks to my playful wiener dog, Slinky, and his loyal buddy, Cooper. Watching those two frolic and jump around together filled my heart with immense joy and laughter. It made me realize the importance of spreading happiness and creating cherished memories with our loved ones.
Being a family-first person, I hold a special place in my heart for my nieces and nephews. Witnessing the pure delight in their eyes as they play and have a blast at parties sparked the idea for Air Budz. I was determined to create a safe and fun environment for families and friends to come together and celebrate special moments.
Launching Air Budz has been quite an adventure for me. I am incredibly motivated to offer the very best inflatables and service to all our customers.
