Strong baking skills, more of the training type, efficient in the kitchen, a slippery one he is. But he always shows up on time! No matter the task He’s definitely going to get it done without making a peep

This chef has shown up without being ask to, has given as much dedication to the job as I have.

Dedication is an understatement

Traveling Chef, and definitely the life of the party, don’t let a good R&B song come on and he might hit the dance floor

Unfortunately, we are not a Major Corporate Catering Company and can not afford wasted time.
We invest our capital in multiple lead generating platforms, booking platforms, ads, and so forth just to introduce ourselves.

We attempted last year to avoid such fee, however in 2024 we have had several clients requests menus, conversations that have exceeded 2 weeks of work, including but not limited to revisions, only to be told another caterer will be taking over

We do not copy and paste menus. We curate customized menus to your theme, occasion, or moment in time, and that is copyright proprietary information. We can only guarantee our Service as Product availability can be a challenge, We can not continue to operate at the last minute, i.e.. Week of event payments, week of decision making, or you're over budget and can not afford our price.
We ask about your budget before we begin work.
Please know your budget. If you are having trouble, we will assist in identifying it. Tbats what the Menu Consultation consists of. We will work with you in reason, but abusing our time costs us other clients that may be more interested in working with us.
We are professionals, and when we are placed in challenging moments with less room for error, it cause us quality and integrity of our name.

We understand this may be an inconvenience. However. Be aware We serve, and we put back into our local community, and when our time is robbed of us, it puts a strain on other endeavors

I am Chef Michael McCray, Originally from Elizabeth NJ. I specialize in the Occasion, my background is in , I have over 30 years of formal experience and still growing.

My craft extends beyond several cuisines and regions: Classically French Trained, Southern American,Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin, and Caribbean.

I began my journey at the age of 6, first oven burn was at the age of 3 (still have the marks).
Former Executive Chef Of Melba Wilson of Harlem, Former Contract Chef for Olivier Cheng Catering NYC, Food Stylist for O magazine, I spent time in 5 star 5 Diamond, AAA hotel The Umstead NC, as well as The HighLine NYC, Former executive chef and Partner of Kebab N More, I'm well rounded in all culinary, from Staff training, to food cost, Logistics and procedures.

While I may not have listed all of my expertise. This is a great start to who I am as a professional
