Celebrating 15 years in business! 🚂🙏

While we are not super social media forward, please take our silence as extremely busy 🙏😅 As we reflect on the 2024 BBQ Season, we are proud to have had one of our busiest years to date! 🤯 We are so proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited for what’s coming this year!

As you check out our 2025 Catering Menu, please note some important changes: We’ve added new Vegan/Vegetarian options, handcrafted beverages, and desserts to our menu. Also, we can now confidently move our previous max guest count of 2,500 to 5000+ 🤯🚂 If we had the pleasure of serving you, please share your experience down below 🥰☺️

Ptrain’s 2024 Catering Menu! 🚂🔥

Due to customer demand, we’ve added beverages, desserts & Vegan/ Vegetarian options so all of your guests can enjoy the California Smoked BBQ!

Thanks to our loyal customers in 2023, we can now comfortably serve up to 2,500 people (per seating) using real red oak and hickory wood! We serve any and all events from weddings & corporate events to private parties, festivals, concerts and more!

Huck Finn Jubilee and we can't wait to see you all there!
Remember all passes and reservations must be made in advance and sales will end on 9/30 at 12
noon Pacific.
The music starts at 4 PM on Friday.
Saturday from 12 noon to 11 PM.
Check-in for Thursday campers will begin at 2 p.m.
Check-in for Friday guests will be scheduled through a Calendly link which will be shared to the email associated with your purchase.
Scheduling a check-in time is not required but will help save time during the process.

Rancho takes care of local small businesses! Called the meat manager when a customer called for a birthday party less than 24 hours notice, they had over 250lbs ready to go at 6am for it to smoke in time. (4 hours before their open time). Thank you!
