We would like to take a moment on this International Women’s Day to give a shout out to our very own Clara. The production industry as some know and guess is highly male dominated. But this has never been an issue or a hurdle for this young lady. She has all the skills which any employer would wish for in any crew member. Hard working, goal oriented, organized, respect and care for equipment as it’s her own. Ready to learn, self motivated, and most importantly, provides service to clients in a personable and memorable manner. These days it’s way to easy for employers to say, “we built that person”. Yes we know we have hand in her growth. But we have mainly provided the opportunity and tools. Yes, a house is built with hammers, saws, and etc. but never forget, it takes the carpenter, the person to pick up these tools and use them with their skills to make something beautiful. .
