We have fresh flowers arriving tomorrow and Wednesday for all your ordering needs! Order online tonight! Pick up and delivery are available! Open Tuesday and Wednesday 9-4. In store pick up and walk ins are welcomed. BUT - we encourage you to call or order online in advance! If you’re looking for something special feel free to call us! 🍂🦃👍🏼

As we navigate the new parking regulations in our lot - we want you to know that we will always have a spot for YOU!

We understand that the pay to park can be frustrating for our customers. Even with the first hour being FREE… you will still need to enter your information on the app or at the kiosk.

As of right now the parking spots directly in front of the shoppe are 2hr FREE (no kiosk or app needed).

🌿 If you have placed an order for pick up, would like to come down in person to place an order, or need to just run in a grab a bouquet/gift - please feel free to BLOCK OUR DRIVEWAY!!! 🌿

Our Story

The Flower Shoppe of Eric's has provided quality designs and fresh arrangements for over 50 years to the town of Reading and surrounding areas. Originally located as part of Eric’s Greenhouse on Main Street, which opened its doors back in 1954. The name “Eric’s” has been a staple when it comes to plants and floral designs.

In 2013 the owner of Eric’s Greenhouse decided to retire from the retail world and wished to sell the land the greenhouse was located on. In stepped Rachel O’Neil, a wedding florist working in the north shore area and a former employee of the greenhouse. It was her first after school job at 14 while a student at Reading High.

Looking to open a florist in her hometown, she bought the name and phone number of the popular greenhouse and relocated “the flower shoppe of eric’s” to downtown Reading, MA.

Opening Feb. 4th 2013, just ten days shy of a Valentines Day, Rachel and her team have happily been designing and delivering flowers since and hope to be a part of the strong small business community in downtown Reading for many years to come.
