For that reason, we can suspend decor from the ceiling and place the lighting strategically on food tables without hindering the effort of those who are setting up your meal. Our baseball-themed party is for a little slugger turning one! The beautiful venue adheres to very high environmental sustainability standards. Balloons are out, but beachballs are multiple-use toys that go home in the guests' goodie bags. Everyone is happy, including Mother Earth!😁

Handling a wicked rainstorm at an outdoor event. I am posting before and after pictures to stress the importance of a Plan B. In our before-picture you will see our VP of Food and Beverage, Carlos Gomez, pondering our next move in our tent that flooded out 12 hours before our scheduled event. Hundreds of flowers, props, decor, linens, miniature golf setup and cook stoves had to be moved into a space that would hold the ninety anticipated guests. In our all-hands-on-deck recovery, we transferred the tent contents into an indoor horse ring which we cleaned impeccably and made guest-ready. Our very tired staff kept spirits high. Needless to say--the client was pleased.
