🍕Pizza Saturday! Sheet Pan Pizza. Cooked on Weber Grills for a little kiss of smoke then finished in oven. Heat provided by Rockwood Charcoal with pecan and hickory chunks.

I made this same sheet pan last weekend and it was a little burnt on the crust. I pay more attention this time but it still managed to slightly burn, however it was still delicious. Practice makes perfect 👍🏾

Sunday BBQ day! Smoked whole chicken cut spatchcock style. Pulled and served on Martin Potato rolls. Rubbed with Heath Riles BBQ cherry rub cooked on Pit Barrel Cooker Co. heat provided by Rockwood Charcoal. Spritz with apple juice, soy sauce and bourbon mix. Served with mango citrus slaw and twice fried French fries. Peach habanero Sauce provided by Kosmo's Q Competition BBQ Products.
