Tonight at the Elks Lodge in Red Wing we will be serving our braised beef short ribs buffet from 5pm-7pm for $22.00 per person. The buffet will include mashed potatoes, garden vegetables, house salad, assorted breads, and dessert.

PicNick's is airborne!

PicNick's is full service catering company in Minnesota & Wisconsin.

PicNick's was asked over a year ago if we would like to cater for private jet charters. At first I thought myself and my team wouldn't beable to meet the demands of last minute orders like Lobster dinners, High end imported ingredients, expensive champagne, or just a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. What ever items they need PicNick's team is on the ready to source them.

This journey would not have been possible without very loyal, dedicated, and professional employees. With a drop of a hat they are preparing high end meals just to find out that the flight has been canceled! These challenges seem minimal when you have a team of staff, and family helping get the job done!

Hello Community of Red Wing!

PicNick's is coming back to the Southeast Campus on Monday, August 26th to serve breakfast & lunch while the students are in session. We will be serving from 7am-1pm Monday-Friday for the semester.

If you have any questions please send me an email. We will have an array of PicNick's sandwiches, salads, and sides.

PicNick's can accept take out orders, we will have to arrange this ahead of time via email or phone. Please do not send orders through Facebook Messenger.
