Our business has grown organically at a comfortable pace for a two (wo)-man crew. But we were right on the cusp of needing new tools. For us the timing of this app is perfect.

Highlighting the artistry, variety & quality of our local eateries, vineyards, bakeries, coffee shops & food trucks draws the weary travel off the road & introduces locals to something new.

The Sum Of All Smoke Food Truck LLC is the first food truck to sign up with this marketing platform. Eat Shasta did a push notification for us the last time we parked at Fall River Brewing Company .

We were the busiest we have ever been! It was the highest volume night we have had. I highly recommend both from a business perspective & also for individuals looking for local, unique eating & dining experiences.

The Comfort...

The simplest meals are often the most comforting.
Food is powerful.
It can take you back to childhood. Make you miss someone.
Transport you into another world.

Soup is one of my comforts. It restores life to the weary soul.

This week's Soup de Jour is Pozole Rojo...
It's rich & robust with a heavy Mexican accent. My friend Oliva taught me how to make it.

If truly athentico, you use pigs feet as they are very gelatinous. I personally do not, quite frankly because I'm a Gr**go.

But you will never miss them as I use a full bodied roasted bone broth as a base so you'll still get that wonderful, full mouth feel.

The rich rust color asendes from smoky Ancho & California chili's, toasted, soaked then pureed with onion & garlic. Tender Mojo pork, chewy hominy, finely shredded cabbage with cilantro & a wedge of lime.
You feel like a better person after a bowl.

Made the mistake of critiquing Mark's driving of the food truck. (Not just once, many, many time's)

"Stoppppp!!@! You just hit Grannies Grill, nice!..."

"Holy %@$%! You just took off Todd's concession window!!!!..."

"Omg Mark!@!@@!!! You just drug down all the twinkle lights in the PARK!!!!... Seriously dude?"

If you own a food truck long enough, your gonna hit some stuff...

So today, Mark said...

"We need to fuel up the food truck. Why don't you drive? It'll be fun..."

If I had to describe this experience, other than men are mars, women are from Venus, it was like a bumble bee flying a brick down the road.

The terror in Mark's voice shall ring in your ears...
