What started as a dream to create intentional, heartfelt celebrations has blossomed into a business built on connection, creativity, and care. As we step into this next chapter, I’m expanding our team and officially hiring Lead and Assistant Day-of Coordinators for 2025 and 2026 weddings across Southern California.

These are part-time, contract-based positions—ideal for someone who’s looking for flexible weekend work and wants to grow in the wedding industry. Whether you’re already in the field or just starting out, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and be part of something truly special.

We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, warm, dependable, and genuinely passionate about weddings and supporting couples. You’ll play a key role in bringing wedding day visions to life, assisting with ex*****on, vendor communication, and making magic happen behind the scenes.
