Here’s my latest creation from this past weekend in Beeville at the Twisted Ranch!! I have stayed super busy this wedding season and am loving every second.

If you have never tried smoked cream cheese I highly recommend Clayton’s! I have paired it with sweet and spicy jams, and it is to die for!

Did you know that if you are a Twisted Ranch couple, any coordinating or planning package booked with me has no hourly limit on the day of your wedding!?🙌🏻💓

Twisted Ranch is a preferred venue for Turner Event Co so any couples that also book my services have no hourly limit on wedding day management!

I love the close working relationship that I have with Dawn and Jadan! It allows me to serve my clients from the moment they walk in until the end of the reception!

Another beautiful wedding table this weekend at the Twisted X Ranch in Beeville Tx! 🤍

Once again the meats were AMAZING from Clayton’s Meat Market!! Dried Sausage, Summer sausage, Pork Tenderloin, Duck Breast Prosciutto, and Capicola. And, I can’t forget about the Smoked Cream Cheese!!

New homemade ice cream flavor hitting the shelf. B.A.B.’s Cream is made with our vanilla ice cream and pumpkin pie Oreos. This will be a fall special. Tell you what, first person to come in and tell me what B.A.B.’s is short for, gets a free cup!!!

Got about 15 other flavors on the shelf right now!!!

I had the pleasure of making this gorgeous table for a wedding yesterday! 🤍

The meats used from Clayton’s Meat Market were delicious! Including dry sausage, summer sausage and pork tenderloin.

More Biltong going into the ager. What’s Biltong you say. Biltong is a South African speciality. It is very similar to beef jerky, but it isn’t exactly jerky. Biltong isn’t smoked and is very coriander forward in flavor.
Want to sample it? Swing by Saturday and we will gladly sample it.
What else are we sampling? Cilantro sauce!!! A little chicken fajita and cilantro sauce sample will be available.
Should be a good Saturday in Portland.
