In addition, even “ happy celebrations can create anxiety and fear! Worrying about guest interaction, family members and monetary stressors can be overwhelming. As a trained behavior therapist, not only can I assist with your event needs, but I can also assist with the mental and emotional feelings that can possibly interfere with enjoying the special occasion!
