Ridgefield's only character entertainment service, offering select characters for both little boys and girls. As we have limited start up the amount of characters we are able to offer are limited at the moment to:

We do not wear masks to preserve character integrity. Feel free to ask us about our COVID safe policies. Please keep in mind we reserve the right to only offer 30 min appearances when it is warmer than 75 F to keep our performers safe. Male performer availability subject to change. Party entertainment options include autographs, sing a longs, story time, Q&A, nail painting, and more! ASK US ABOUT: our options for character mascots and face painting! Payment options include Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, or card. We regret to share we cannot accept personal checks. Gratuity for performers always appreciated.

What an absolutely amazing year it has been.

At the end of 2019, my co founder and I were competitive cosplayers by hobby, building and taking costumes to competitions in surrounding counties. We were doing well and gearing up for our most successful year yet in 2020. What wound up happening was a pile of fabric in the corner and disappointment that nothing would happen to it.

We decided to launch Simply Storybook as a way to use some of our existing costumes to continue to bring joy. How we would do it in a pandemic we didn’t know, but we must have done something right because 2022 was our most successful year yet and we cannot WAIT to see what 2023 has in store.

Big thank you to Play a Part, LLC of Ridgefield, CT for giving us the most wonderful swing performers who we truly could not function without. Ann Charles Photography for capturing those genuine moments we wished we could do ourselves. Kid Characters for Parties for being your amazing self. And lastly - YOU! Anyone who chose to hire a small business, especially one from two Ridgefield natives, we could not do this without you and we hope so deeply that you were happy with our performance.
